Designer florals

Designer floral arrangements allow us to use what's seasonal (local and imported) in our floral market morning of delivery date. No two arrangement will be exactly alike.

Custom arrangements

We are happy to accommodate special requests for custom orders. For color requests, please specify your palette and we will try our best to accommodate.

Wrapped bouquets as Bridal bouquets

(The two are completely different.)

Bridal bouquets have a wider variety of flowers, if not more elements. Each stem used is significant in placement, designed, arranged and cut to make it easy to hold.

Sizes

Flower care

Flowers typically last 3-5 days in our local heat and humidity, with daily care.

To prolong the life of your arrangement, display in a cool area away from direct sunlight. Remove fading petals and yellowing leaves. Give an angled trim at the stems, and fresh water in the vase, every day.

Substitution policy

Due to various seasonal conditions, availability of some flowers may be very limited.
Specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on your specified date.
In this event, we will deliver a second choice of similar flower equal of value and beauty.
We guarantee that the final output will be fresh and in theme with the original design.

HOLIDAY SHOP

Pre-order & delivery

Our Christmas wreaths and mini trees are available to pre-order starting October 21.

Please allow a standard lead time of four (4) days. Shipping starts from Friday 8th November onwards.

We can deliver these within Metro Manila, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa and Alabang areas. Shipping is free when you spend Php 7,000 or more.

Payment & cancellation policy

Full payment is required to reserve your slot.

If you would like to amend or cancel an order, please get in touch with us at least 8 days before the delivery date. Once the order has left our studio, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. In some cases we would prepare your order more than 6 days in advance, please be informed that we cannot cancel or amend your orders in this case.

Strictly no cancellations of candle orders 7 days before delivery date.

Returns & refunds

Due to the perishable nature of the product, fresh foliage cannot be returned and refunded. If, however, you feel like the items you received do not seem fresh or are in a bad condition, please let us know by sending us an image within 30 mins of receipt. At our sole discretion, we will use our professional judgement to decide whether indeed they are in an unacceptable condition. If this is the case, we will offer a redelivery on our next available delivery date.

We do not accept returns, refunds or replacements for used candles.

Candles damaged in transit will be refunded the order amount minus shipping cost. Similarly, we can replace the candle but shipping cost will be handled by customer.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

How to order

Go to >Send flowers, select the item, size, color, enter your delivery information and add it to cart.

Upon check out and payment via Paypal Express, you will receive an automated email reply and an order number.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please send us a screenshot as proof of payment, without which we will not be able to process your order.

Processing of order

Please allow a standard 2-day lead time for all seasonal orders.

Custom & Bridal orders should be requested and finalized 1-2 weeks prior to your desired delivery date.

Date & time

Our floral delivery window is 10:00am to 8:00pm unless a specific time is discussed.

We do not offer same day deliveries. All orders must be made 48 hours in advance.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere within Metro Manila, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Alabang, Cavite and Laguna (as long as the area is serviceable by our logistic partners).

Shipping is free when you spend php18,000 and more.

Information

We make every reasonable attempt to deliver your orders in a timely manner. With that said, it is the responsibility of the client to provide us with the correct information. If an incorrect detail or incomplete address is provided and a delivery attempt has been made, this will be subject to an additional delivery fee for any attempts made thereafter.

Card

All orders are provided with care instructions along with a separate card for personal notes. Please include what you would like written in the "Card" section of your order form.

EVENTS

Service

We offer full-service event florals and collaboration for any event. Please fill out our Event Inquiry Form and we'll be in touch within 48 hours.

Weddings

We're mostly looking to partner with couples who love our style and are up to do something a little different. If you think that might be you, please fill out our Weding Inquiry Form and we'll be in touch within 48 hours.

Subscription

We offer monthly floral subscriptions for personal, retail and corporate clients.

Complete our subscription order form and we'll send you an email within 48 hours.

Subscriptions include designer vase delivery, discounted pricing, and tailored styling to each brand or event.

WORKSHOPS

Private workshops

To book a private floral design class, complete the class form and provide your contact information, desired class date and time, and any other relevant information. We’ll reach out to you to confirm and finalize your details.

Types of class

Classes are designed for all skill levels and can be customized to fit your needs. Private groups of 8 to 20+ pax can choose their own floral color palette, and either get our wrapped hand-tied arrangement or floral vase arrangement class.

Venue

Venue/ Studio, tables and chairs is not included in the package.

Payment & cancellation policy

We require a 30% downpayment (non-refundable but deductible to the total charges) as booking fee for the purpose of reserving the workshop date.

Remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one (1) week prior to the workshop date.

For postponed classes, validity of the paid booking fee is three (3) months from the original date, with the new chosen date subject to availability and upon confirmation.

PAYMENTS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Modes of payment

We accept debit and credit card payments via PayPal Express, GCash, Maya and online bank transfers.

Booking fee

Bridal bouquet orders require 50% of the total amount as booking fee to reserve the delivery date. Slots are limited.

This booking fee is non-refundable but deductible from the total charges. Validity of the paid booking fee is three (3) months from the original delivery date.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery date

Delivery fee + 50% of your order will be refunded.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery date

Only delivery fee will be refunded.
